This film was produced as a cinema verite type documentary, whereby there is no added sound, simple editing and camera style, and a pretty much linear structure.

This film shines light on the lives of two doubles vendors and their process of cooking, packaging and selling doubles. By observing a couple who run their own doubles stand, we can gain insight on their process and what it takes to be a doubles vendor.

On this film I functioned as the camera operator.
