Secondly, know that anything you read on this blog isn’t ai generated, I even intentionally don’t want to correct typos or anything with ai because I’m so fatigued by not knowing what’s real or not anymore, what is actually written straight from the brain of the person I’m interacting with or reading an email from, so I intentionally want to use this blog to slow my thoughts, and share said thoughts about my craft/career (mostly), and whatever else might emerge over the time of sharing.
Raw thoughts. I’ll be sharing weekly, as a way to check in with myself, and to also have some routined commitment to this journey, whatever it is..I love leaving room for moments in my life to define themselves..itself…whenever they’re (it is) ready. Anyway!!! All that preamble to say, feel free to browse the work, everything on this site is made with 10,000% passion, it’s been a wild ride experiencing the process of ideas, that often starts as seeds in the mind, actualise over and over again!
I’m using this segment of my website to share more of my journey, advice, feelings, and my deep passion and love for what I do, which I define today as…(I’m literally finding it as I type)…visual arresting, visual communication, light bending, (filmmaking), docu-marketing(?)…basically most things that require cameras, screens, spells, words, communicating, and visibility.
TLDR; welcome to my blog :), where I’m sharing my life and films and vlogs as a travelling…{multi-hyphenated} filmmaker from a tiny island in the Caribbean, operating without boundaries. And multihyphenated not to seem important, or confused, but I genuinely enjoy multiple roles in this technical artform and hate that it is encouraged to « choose one lane », and shamed if you engage in many. I’ve always engaged in what I do, to fulfil my own desires, not anyone else’s. We’re on a floating rock in a void of many others…
